 While digitizing boundaries, I got stuck by a sudden CPU usage increasing.
 wxGUI crashes, without any error output. I could reproduce it on an empty
 map :[[BR]]
 - digitize a boundary[[BR]]
 - Additional tools > break lines/boundaries[[BR]]
 - cut the boundary[[BR]]
 - digitize a new one.[[BR]]
 Cursor slows down till it stops, then wxGUI entirely crashes, leaving
 vector map inconsistent.
