[GRASS-dev] grass 6.4.3 release plan (open issues)

Hi,

I have completed the most of issues noted at [1] (todos for GRASS
6.4.3). Only one open issue remained - `v.vect.stats`. First of all
the module should be included in `devbr6`. I don't know the status of
this wish, so leaving open...
