 There are a few problems:

 * Ghostscript is missing (not in OSGeo4W framework)

 * if it is installed it is not on the PATH

 * from the PIL source code (C:\OSGeo4W\apps\Python27\Lib\site-
 packages\PIL\EpsImagePlugin.py):
