[GRASS-dev] [GRASS GIS] #1929: make r.report CSV/spreadsheet ready

Hi Hamish, Just a suggestion, but I think it would be useful if this is
added to the description section of r.report; something like: "If you want
a computer-friendly output, e.g., for use with calc, use r.stasts"
