Yes, fixed.

Since it is too much effort (for me) to manage all the tons of links,
I have simplified it to

"Installing GRASS

To install GRASS, launch the latest 'WinGRASS-6.4.x-y-Setup.exe' and
simply follow the step by step instructions.
"
