[GRASS-dev] version checking bug just introduced and GRASS won't start

The wxPython version checking was just borked.

I compiled GRASS yesterday and it worked fine.

I just updated and compiled again and it incorrectly tells me I do not have a current version of wxPython, even though I've bundled that into the binary package.
