[GRASS-dev] dead links in references for GRASS LiDAR processing

The first two of the links for references on the GRASS LiDAR tools are dead links. Can the relevant documents be found and put onto the GRASS server where they can be archived and maintained? The third link is still live, but slow. Perhaps it would be good to also archive that PDF where it is more easily accessible.
