 WinGRASS (osgeo4w/standalone uses C:\OSGeo4W\apps\'''Python27''')

 so no python version interference with ArcGIS 10.0, but then with ArcGIS
 10.1. e.g. I'm unable here on my laptop to start WinGRASS7-standalone

 that's a lib mixing between ArcGIS 10.1-Python27 and WinGRASS-Python27
