 if you create a new location and specify a datum, but ask for datum
 transform opt "0" don't specify terms, it helpfully picks one for you
 without asking.

 if you use +proj terms to define the location you do see the default terms
 in the loc'n wizard summary page, but not the final PROJ_INFO file (where
 it counts).
