This is a good point that `g.html2man` is also required when you want to
install extensions from addons (probably for all platforms). Moreover, I
think that `make` and compile tools in general are required on unix-like
platforms to install (which means in fact compile) extensions from addons.

All the packagers should be notified about this. This should be probably
part of GRASS compile instructions but I'm not sure where is the right
place to put it.
