 fwiw Debian has it's strict packaging rules, so the html dir is installed
 to /usr/share/doc/grass-doc/html/ and $GISBASE/docs/html is a symlink to
 that, so GRASS doesn't have to do anything special. (& GRASS man pages are
 installed to /usr/share/man/man1/)
