 The attempted fix for FPE tolerance has been introduced with GRASS 4.2,
 but introduced a bug such that sometimes some polygons were not
 rasterized. This, as the comments say, "weird internal error" underwent
 quite some testing, I take the liberty to adjust the FPE tolerance in
 6.4.svn (BTW, when will we release 6.4.4rc1?) after 16 years of testing.
