 Many more updates related to the new element name changes, I tried to
 catch all:
  * r63628 + r63629 update g.region/g.rename calls to use new element names
  * r63630 + r63631 update g.region/g.rename calls to use new element names

 While I was at it:
  * r63634 + r63635: some shell test scripts updated

 Now eagerly waiting for the nightly run of the testsuite at
 http://fatra.cnr.ncsu.edu/grassgistests/summary_report/index.html
