it is (partly) implemented ( and tested on Win7 with a system-wide
ArcGIS-python) at least for python-addons for winGRASS6.4.svn/6.5.svn:

"the python script (which invokes two other python scripts) finishes now."
how to test if the system's Python would really be completely ignored?
