LANG=en_UK.UTF-8 '/Applications/GRASS/GRASS-7.0.app/Contents/MacOS/grass.sh’

This will launch GRASS properly from other users than the main one.

I still don’t know what has been happening with my attempts to run my own binaries. But following up on thoughts from William and Vaclav, I’m chalking it up to dropbox incomplete syncing.
