 In the help file of r.grow.distance under the NOTES header, it is
 mentioned that the user has the option to specify 4 different metrics.
 That should be 5; the geodesic distance is missing.

 It would perhaps be good to include a small explanation of this metric,
 including that it should be considered for latitude/longitude locations.
