 When there are gaps in strds, t.rast.to.rast3 creates null maps using
 r.mapcalc, however these are always of type CELL. So when other maps are
 of different type, r.to.rast3 fails (r.to.rast3 accepts only maps of one
 type). I attached patch to fix this but feel free to change it.
