[GRASS-dev] adding Isis menu to GRASS

Hi,

I made a bash script to create an Isis menu in GRASS [1].

It scans Isis/bin for applications, makes a list of them according to
keywords and builds the toolbox menu in
"$HOME/.grass7/toolboxes/toolboxes.xml" and a main_menu with Isis
entry in "$HOME/.grass7/toolboxes/main_menu.xml" both also attached.

There are two issues now:
1 - if a toolboxes.xml already exists, it will overwrite it (not wanted?)
2 - if it is in gis_set.py it will regenerate the files each time the
GUI is starting (not wanted)
