 I'm not sure how many scripts and people actually use the z output from
 m.proj. It's very annoying to manually strip out z values before feeding
 into other modules' coordinates input. I was thinking about adding -z flag
 to not include z values, but IMO, it would be better to switch its meaning
 and include z values only if -z is used. What do you think?
