[GRASS-dev] G7: OGSF compilation error on Ubuntu 14.04

I tested compiling on Ubuntu 14.04 several times recently. Here is what is
needed.
There is already a ticket for "ogsf compilation error"

Perhaps, we should update "GRASS Wiki Comapile and Install Ubuntu"

This should help. I don't know what ffmpeg is now for.
