[GRASS-dev] Proposal Review

Hey Everyone,
I have attached the draft of my proposal.I do hope i would get more
improvisation on the proposal.
I have few questions regarding the proposal.
[1].Is the proposal to be uploaded to GSoC website once we create the
profile there?
[2] Is the proposal need to verified by the mentor and mentoring
organization before uploading it?
