#2469: Zoom to saved region in Map Display not working

 In the Map Display, save display geometry to named region and enter name
 for saved region. The saved region file is visible under the MAPSET's
 windows directory.

 Subsequently, in the Map Display, clicking on zoom to saved region and
 selecting the latter region, the display remains unchanged and does not
 zoom in. I don't see any error in the command console of the Layer
 Manager.
