 For polygons it would be a nice addition if the colour of the fill and
 boundary could be defined separately based on colour definition columns
 (rgb_fill_column and rgb_line_column instead of rgb_column).

 Together with the width_column parameter these would allow for an easier
 definition of the looks of a (polygon) map.
