Auch! Sorry! Seems that KBabel (an outdated editor) has screwed up
something. I like KBabel, but probably it is time to move to Lokalize.
Or is it a bug in gettext, as now on my machine make fails with
"double free error" on Korean grassmods file...

Anyway, I fixed those files manually and commited as r61950 Compiles
fine on my system and UI looks good (or not worse than before in terms
of Latvian language support).
