 Call it what you want. I actually like the idea of calling it a wizard as
 it simplifies a series of things, such as selecting layers in a file or in
 a database, that demand a more advanced knowledge to do directly in the
 modules.

 In any case, it is a simplified interface for importing data via
 r.in.gdal/v.in.ogr. And most people use it not only for looping but for
 any import, as this is what they get when they chose file import from the
 menus.
