 The dataset announced as GRASS 6 full data at
 [https://grass.osgeo.org/sampledata/north_carolina/nc_spm_latest.tar.gz]
 is actually a dataset for GRASS7. A GRASS6 v.build.all in PERMANENT is
 needed.
