[GRASS-dev] release plan for 7.0.3

Hi devs,

according to our plan

2) before the end of the year: hard freeze + RC1
3) around January 10: RC2
4) around January 14: 7.0.3

... it is time to get RC1 out.
If there are no objections, I can package 7.0.3RC1 tomorrow in European daytime.
