 If problem or not seems to depend on the distro - which one do you use?

 E.g., in Fedora no such issue:

 rpm -qf /usr/lib64/python2.7/HTMLParser.py
 python-libs-2.7.10-8.fc23.x86_64
 }}}

 Here it is part of the standard Python library package.
