 v.random has this nice feature that allows to restrict the location of
 generated random points within the areas indicated by a vector layer.
 However, currently is not possible to define different npoints for the
 various areas. It would be nice to allow to pass npoints as a parameter
 from a column of the attribute table associated with the vector areas.
