[GRASS-dev] g.mapset a bit more click-friendly (creating G_OPT_M_LOCATION ?)

Thank you Anna, 

g.mapset is now working as I meant to explain, 
that is that is a gisdbase is given a wrong directory, 
then no Location appears in the location combo box.
