[GRASS-dev] SESSION_MANAGER environment variable not defined

Hi Anna,

Sorry I let this languish!

It installed without me explicitly asking it to be -- perhaps it was a
dependency for something? In any case, it has made its way into my standard
set of packages. I wonder if there is something between it and Unity
keeping SESSION_MANAGER blank.
