 The link to the GLOBE DEM data in:

 is now out of date, as the GLOBE DEM has moved.  The new locations are:

 tiles: http://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/mgg/dem/demportal.html
 hdr-files: http://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/mgg/topo/elev/esri/hdr/
