[GRASS-dev] [BUG 7.0.90RC1] Version not stated explicitly in RC1

The version info of GRASS GIS 7.0.0RC1 is missing the explicit statement
of the version number - see output below.

It is mentioned in the contributions section, but not explicitly as the
first line as in GRASS GIS 6.4.4
