On Launchpad [1] I also see that `ubuntugis-unstable` contains 7.0.0 for
14.04 (trusty), so shouldn't GRASS download page [2] use only
`ubuntugis-unstable` and `grass` package?

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntugis/ubuntugis-unstable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install grass
