[GRASS-dev] GSOC: Complete basic cartography suite in GRASS GIS wxGUI Map Display

Hi devs,

recenlty I expressed my interest in one of your GSoC topic [1]. I was
further reading and found out there is another topic Complete basic
cartography suite in GRASS GIS wxGUI Map Display that is quite related to
maps display. Also I noticed there are requirements of Python, wxPython and
C, which are languages I have some experience and in which I'd like to
improve.
