[GRASS-dev] I've tripled GRASS's I/O speed

The tests are without my changes on 64 bit Mac v10.10.5, Mac Pro with 64 GB
of RAM.

./configure  --with-freetype
--with-freetype-includes=/usr/local/include/freetype2 --with-opengl=aqua
--with-libs=/usr/local/lib --enable-64bit --with-sqlite --with-postgres
--with-postgres-includes=/usr/local/pgsql/include
