In standalone wingrass, it is working for me, returns C:\Program Files
(x86)\GRASS GIS 7.1.svn\bin\r.mask.BAT. In OSGeo4W as
well: 'C:\\OSGeo4W\\apps\\grass\\grass-7.0.1\\bin\\r.mask.BAT'
