 After installation of GRASS 7.0.2 rc1 attempted reinstall of v.lidar.mcc
 gett ERROR that file is not a zip file.

 g.extension extension=v.lidar.mcc svnurl=http://svn.osgeo.org/grass/grass-
 addons/grass7
