 the fontcap file isn't updated; it includes still the path to fonts of the
 build environment (i.e. c:\osgeo4w\usr\src\grass701\dist.i686-pc-
 mingw32\fonts\).

 it seems to be a permission issue in the newer windows version.

 try to fix it
