 if the installer runs, a button called "show Detail" (or similar) is shown
 ; press this button and the installer activities are shown.

 near the end this lines mentioned are listed.

 the "fixes" are only in trunk ; the latest daily installer is tested in
 win 7 32/64 bit and win 8.1 64 bit ; it is working correctly on all this
 tested win boxes.

 What is your exact win version and bitness?
