[GRASS-dev] old link in download section at grass.osgeo.org

Hi devs,

I just saw that in https://grass.osgeo.org/download/software/, the first
section for GRASS 7.0 stable still says (and points to):

"New stable release, see New Features and *GRASS GIS 7.0.2* announcement"

when the last release is 7.0.3
