 Either this bug should be closed or it should be turned into a wish - to
 not allow same LHS variable to appear on RHS. As I'm not so much into
 mapcalc language details, I can not see it as a problem, but Glynn will
 shed more light on such option.

 Mankoff, if you consider current documentation to be inadequate, provide a
 patch with better wording.
