 On more thing. I added the `lambda` option (for `v.surf.bspline`) into a
 new ''guisection'' called ''Spline options'' (the `v.surf.rst` options are
 in ''RST options'' section). Both are splines, so this might be a bit
 confusing. However, I did not name it ''Bspline options'' because I was
 not clear on what is [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B-spline b-spline] and
 what is ''bicubic or bilinear spline interpolation with Tykhonov
 regularization'' which `v.surf.bspline` and related papers are taking
 about.
