Comment:

 CSV files removed in trunk in r68341. We can delete them in relbranch70
 after the 7.0.4 release.

 Ideally, after understanding what to do with the *.lla files,
 nzgd2kgrid0005.gsb, and ntv1_can.dat which appear to be more recent in the
 "proj-nad" package itself (in a more recent table format).
 Ideas?
