[GRASS-dev] wingrass daily broken - duplicate message definition...

Hi,

the wingrass daily builds are broken due to locales errors, eg.

msgfmt --statistics -o
/c/msys64/usr/src/grass_trunk/dist.x86_64-w64-mingw32/locale/lv/LC_MESSAGES/grassmods.mo
po/grassmods_lv.po
po/grassmods_lv.po:38497: duplicate message definition...
po/grassmods_lv.po:35458: ...this is the location of the first definition
msgfmt: found 1 fatal error
Makefile:96: recipe for target
'/c/msys64/usr/src/grass_trunk/dist.x86_64-w64-mingw32/locale/lv/LC_MESSAGES/grassmods.mo'
failed

see [1]. I cannot reproduce the error on Linux. It seems to be related
to the latest po files update.
