 r65774 and r67826 removed ''Display map'', ''Erase display'', and ''Print
 display'' buttons. The trunk toolbar is now 2 buttons shorter than the
 release branch toolbar.

 Now, there is no way to invoke the ''Print display'' functionality, but I
 left the function there for now.
