[GRASS-dev] grass addons metadata temporary not available

Hi,

when installing addons using `g.extension` you will be facing warning message:

Updating addons metadata file...
WARNING: Unable to parse
'http://grass.osgeo.org/addons/grass7/modules.xml': no element found:
line 1, column 0
WARNING: No addons metadata available. Addons metadata file not updated.

We know about it. The building server (geo102) is down. I hope that
the server will be running soon. Martin
