 I would suggest to move 'Source code' item at the end of the line (after
 'Full index').

 Moreover this line contains index links (so something generic which
 doesn't depend on the given module). From this POV 'source code' (linked
 to the module) is strange creature here. On the other hand I don't have
 better idea where to put it.

 BTW, the commit contains several non-necessary changes (line indentation),
 we should try to avoid them.
