 thanks. yes the fontcap file is now updated and points to the right font
 folder, e.g.:

 cyrilc|Cyrillic|0|C:\Program Files (x86)\GRASS GIS
 7.0.3svn\fonts\cyrilc.hmp|0|utf-8|
