[GRASS-dev] v.out.ascii "where" not working

I cannot confirm with grass7.1 on Debian:

v.out.ascii hospitals type=point output=hospitals.csv where="COUNTY='Wake'"

gives me:

What is the exact command you used ? Can you reproduce with the NC demo 
data ?
